Stansbury, the Place to be by the sea...  especially on market day....

The award winning Stansbury Seaside Markets operate from Oct – April annually, along the foreshore. They offer unique & fashionable items for every taste and every budget in a wonderfully relaxed community environment.

You will find a plethora of all things locally hand crafted & lovingly prepared.  Talk to the “supplier” direct, freshly baked breads, locally grown produce, have your face painted or indulge in a tandoori chicken steak.  Listen to the diverse music selections piped throughout the market creating a wonderful carnival type atmosphere, or just relax on the grassy foreshore and watch the children frolic in the waters of Oyster Bay.

This otherwise sleepy town springs into life early in the morning transforming the waterfront into a vibrant Mecca for shoppers looking for something a bit different, home wares, art works and gifts all fostering local talent. Come and enjoy the enchanting experience stock up for a decadent gourmet weekend on the peninsula or just sample some of our local talents. 

Our biggest market for the year is on December 31st commencing at 2pm the twilight market runs until 8pm with plenty of hot foods and local produce to enjoy.  Many visitors bring a picnic rug and set them selves up for the afternoon on the lawned foreshore relaxing in the atmosphere of the markets and with in viewing distance of children playing on the beach.
